Acceptable Use Policy


This Acceptable Usage Policy covers the security and use of all ‘Here For Fitness’ branded services provided for UK, US and international clients. This policy applies to all information, in whatever form, relating to ‘Here For Fitness’ branded services and business activities worldwide, and to all information handled by ‘Here For Fitness’ relating to 3rd party organisations with whom it deals. 


User Responsibility

As a User of ‘HereForFitness’, you are welcome to express your views, comments, ideas, and insights. At the same time, users should show courtesy and respect to others and must not use our form of social media as a means as to abuse others, expose others to offensive or inappropriate content, or for any illegal purpose.

Any content deemed to be inappropriate, inflammatory, defamatory, commercial, spam, overtly political and/or encouraging activities illegal in England or that are detected as transgressing copyright or intellectual property laws will be reported and/or deleted, and users will be blocked.


Individuals must not: 

- Allow anyone else to use their user ID and password. 

- Leave their user accounts logged in at an unattended and unlocked computer. 

- Use someone else’s user ID and password.

- Leave their password unprotected (for example writing it down). 

- Attempt to access data that they are not authorised to use or access. 

Users are responsible for exercising good judgment regarding appropriate use. 


This Policy shall be governed by the laws of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
